Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- $18/hour
- Camera use required for training, meetings, and team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy and issue payments to repair facilities nationwide
- Analyze contract and claim system data to determine correct benefit amounts
- Distribute internal information to support the Claims Adjudication Department
- Answer internal and external calls, explaining contract coverage and terms
- Manage workflow to ensure all payment requests and documents are processed per established procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff, and management
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient in PC use, Microsoft Office, and typing at least 40 WPM
- Ability to learn new programs quickly and document claim details during calls
- Must pass a background check
