Schedule
- Full-time remote position (US only)
- Training required on-camera
- Must be available 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST
What You’ll Do
- Process professional healthcare claim forms filed by providers
- Review policy and benefit eligibility
- Research, review, and act on claims independently
- Prioritize workloads and adjudicate claims within turnaround SLAs
- Calculate payable amounts using applicable fee schedules
- Respond to claims inquiries via email promptly
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and company standards
What You Need
- 1–3 years of hands-on healthcare claims processing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency using Windows, MS Office, and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to toggle between screens and work from queues
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management
- Must work effectively in a productivity- and quality-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amisys/Xcelys systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Ability to adapt in a complex, changing environment
