Summary
The Claims Disposition Representative reviews and processes moderately complex claims to ensure accurate and timely completion of claim inventory.
Your role in our mission
Reviews insurance claims received electronically or in written form. Reviews claim and associated history.
Evaluates available information to validate claims and decision them based on an approved procedure.
Investigates simple to moderately complex claims and determines level or resolution if appropriate
Identifies need for additional information; contacts appropriate source to obtain needed information.
Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who can work in a team environment or independently.
What we’re looking for
Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid insurance and/or medical claims processing procedures and documentation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to read and interpret basic to moderate documents such as operating instructions and/or procedure manuals.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members
Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office

The pay range for this position is $35, 739 – $44, 696 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
