Schedule
- Full-time role
- 100% remote position (based in Albuquerque, NM)
- Regular schedule with consistent attendance required
What You’ll Do
- Set up new claims and maintain accurate records
- Process payments, state forms, and correspondence
- Support examiners with claimant, provider, and customer calls
What You Need
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least 6 months of service-oriented office experience
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
