Provide basic technical support via phone or chat

Qualifications:
Flexible to needs of business
Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
18 years of age
Equipment and Internet Requirements
You must have the following:
1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 3.0 Mbps Up
A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
Desk and an ergonomic chair
