What You’ll Do
- Handle prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and other channels
- Verify and process refill requests in compliance with regulations
- Support clinical staff and managers with administrative tasks and projects
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (AMT)
- At least 1 year of medical assistant experience in a clinical or office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and EMR/EHR systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet (satellite/5G not accepted)
