Schedule & Pay

- $17.50/hour
- Standard weekday shifts; adherence to assigned schedules required
What You’ll Do
- Process and respond to prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and internal systems
- Verify prescription accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare and dispense refills accurately and efficiently
- Deliver clear, empathetic customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacies
- Track, compile, and analyze data for leadership reporting and performance indicators
- Support clinical staff and managers with administrative projects and refill program initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve patient outcomes
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with an active, unrestricted license OR nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- Knowledge of Medicare Part B and Part D coverage, billing, claims, and reimbursement rules
- Familiarity with HIPAA and CMS security requirements
- Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and keyboarding skills
