Schedule

- Regular schedules with performance-based coaching and quality metrics

What You’ll Do
- Manage prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and internal systems
- Verify accuracy and compliance of refill requests and prepare them efficiently
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and contribute to departmental projects
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with current, unrestricted license OR nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B and D, HIPAA, and CMS requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
