What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily workflow, assign tasks, and monitor productivity metrics
- Analyze performance reports and ensure high-quality results
- Address client concerns and resolve escalations
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members
- Fill in production gaps when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve workflow issues
What You Need
- Strong understanding of cash posting principles and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel – filtering/sorting reports)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve escalations
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading teams
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach
