Schedule
- Full-time, remote position for Arizona residents
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible start times between 6:00am and 9:30am (some locations may require a 7:00am start)
- Instructor-led training and all equipment provided
What You’ll Do
- Post payments and adjustments for patients and insurance carriers
- Analyze insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and patient checks
- Process credit card and electronic check transactions
- Research and resolve unapplied cash
- Gather required documentation for accurate posting
- Work independently and with the team to maintain productivity and quality standards
What You Need
- 1+ year of cash posting, billing, data entry, or banking/accounting data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Fast, accurate alpha and numeric keyboarding skills
- Ability to work with EOBs, remittances, and patient payment information
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cash posting experience in pharmacy, medical, dental, or vision receivables
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement or EOB processing
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
