In the Care Network and Support Assistant role, you have an opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity. This role will support Care Operations with queueing and routing unassigned projects and tasks, while maintaining other administrative tasks to support our growing network of vendors. In this function, you will have an opportunity to help us build a routing system that aligns with our service delivery objectives and a network of resources.
We love collaborating here at Wellthy and in this role you will work closely with Care Advisers.
You will report directly to the Care Manager.
The pay for this role starts at $16.10-$18.60/hour.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Monitoring dedicated queues and assign tasks and projects to appropriate internal Care Team members
Oversee assigning the unassigned work which are not automatically assigned
Report any assignment-related issues to Operations, aiding in the review of why the auto-assignment functionally did not work
Building out resources in Guru (resource management tool)
Aid in maintaining and enhancing vendors in Care Network, inclusive of vetting for quality assurance oversight
Maintaining tracking systems
When time permits, perform administrative functions such as faxing, handling e signature documents, scheduling appointments, etc.
Qualifications required for this role include:
HS Diploma required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, such as healthcare, ticketing queue, and/or administrative support
Effective and efficient communication
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password
Strong ethical standards and a respect for client confidentiality
Ability to integrate and collaborate well with others while adapting to evolving service experiences
Knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector
Location:
This is a fully remote position. Our Wellthian’s are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.

As a Virtual Care Network and Support Assistant, you will go through a training program that includes hands-on work that is both self-guided and collaborative with other Advisers, Care Support Assistants and Care Manager.
You will then have the chance to show us you are ready by passing the Wellthy Certification, demonstrating proficiency in:
Technical knowledge
Use of the Wellthy platform
Successful collaboration
The Wellthy way of communicating and delivering a high-touch customer experience
The initial training period is 1 week, along with ongoing training following certification.
