Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program built by clinical experts and people with lived experience. Patients receive a dedicated care team, and Equip operates in all 50 states while partnering with most major insurance plans. Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (USA)
- Pay: $25–$26/hour (bonus eligible)
- Work is stationary from home with no travel required
What You’ll Do
- Respond to assigned tasks quickly and efficiently to support scheduling and patient engagement
- Provide patient and family support via phone, written communication, and other technology tools
- Follow established workflows to deliver a consistent scheduling experience and strong satisfaction outcomes
- Make proactive outreach to patients or providers to identify needs and drive timely resolution
- Manage inbound calls from patients and caregivers, resolving issues in real time when possible or routing appropriately
- Document interactions and updates in Equip’s digital systems accurately and on time
- Support service goals by meeting or exceeding performance standards and team outcomes
- Adapt your communication style to serve people from diverse backgrounds and situations
- Assist with additional administrative duties and projects as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ year of professional customer service experience (call center, clinic/medical office, or healthcare setting preferred)
- Background in healthcare coordination, case management support, or behavioral health is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient-first approach
- Ability to work across multiple systems/tools at once in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable owning day-to-day task execution
- Organized with solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and open to feedback and coaching
- Integrity and professionalism in every interaction
