Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM MT (12:30–9:00 PM CT, 1:30–10:00 PM ET)
  • $20.00–$24.00/hr
  • Eligible for corporate bonus program and stock options

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with plan members to ensure understanding of programs and deliver outstanding service
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries using care center training tools
  • Guide patients through the surgery review process, meeting program metrics
  • Coordinate scheduling and approvals from initial request to patient placement
  • Gather demographic, financial, and clinical information to complete referrals
  • Obtain and organize medical records for an expedited review process
  • Update case data and status in the application system
  • Collaborate with providers, clinics, facilities, and internal departments to resolve issues
  • Secure pre-authorizations and address patient barriers to benefit utilization
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and demonstrate core company values

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer relationship or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center-style phone systems
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior healthcare experience with knowledge of medical terminology and benefits processes
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude toward adapting to change
