Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Standard business hours with some flexibility required

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members and complete intake screenings
  • Conduct audio/video assessments, schedule appointments, and route calls to clinicians
  • Collaborate with clinicians and team leads to deliver outstanding service

What You Need

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
  • Call center or customer service agent background preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
