Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Standard Monday–Friday schedule
  • U.S.-based candidates only

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with intake, scheduling, and engagement
  • Conduct audio/video assessments and intake questionnaires with members
  • Perform outreach calls to encourage member participation and engagement
  • Route inbound calls to the appropriate clinician or department
  • Manage multiple systems simultaneously (EHR, call center platform, and patient app)
  • Assist members in scheduling appointments with clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized responses to members
  • Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve member inquiries and achieve resolution
  • Support clinical operations and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience required
  • Prior call center or customer service agent experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systems (EHR/EMR experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting patient outcomes
  • Must live in the United States
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining company-issued equipment (laptop, monitor, etc.)
