Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must live in the United States
  • Requires ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Standard business hours with potential variation depending on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to support members
  • Conduct intake screening questionnaires and initial audio/video program assessments
  • Perform cold-call outreach to increase member engagement
  • Route calls to appropriate clinicians
  • Navigate multiple technology platforms during calls (EHR, call center tools, member app)
  • Schedule appointments for members
  • Provide personalized, high-quality customer service
  • Write thoughtful, professional responses to member questions
  • Collaborate with clinicians, leads, and clinical managers
  • Use critical thinking to resolve member inquiries
  • Support general clinical operations and administrative needs

What You Need

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues (laptop, monitor, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Basic EHR/EMR familiarity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must reside in the United States
