What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage and support members
- Complete intake screenings, audio/video program assessments, and cold calls
- Assist with appointment scheduling and route calls to clinicians as needed
- Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously, including EHR and patient service systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with thoughtful, personalized responses
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and clinical operations teams
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Must live in the United States and have reliable high-speed internet
