  • Phone, chat, and email support across patient and provider needs

What You’ll Do

  • Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve routine support questions
  • Escalate technical or product-specific issues when needed
  • Document interactions accurately and update customer records
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and follow up on escalations
  • Meet quality and productivity standards while mentoring peers as needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with solid documentation and system-navigation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
