Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (US only)
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (various schedules available)
- Collaborative clinical team environment
What You’ll Do
- Provide care coordination via messaging and phone for a smooth patient experience
- Support scheduling, membership updates, and insurance navigation (including prior authorizations)
- Prepare patients for medical visits and assist with billing or payment issues
- Explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically to increase treatment adherence
- Track patient feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Support ad-hoc reporting and cross-functional company initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
What You Need
- 2+ years in healthcare, medical assistance, or clinical care
- Prior experience with insurance (eligibility, copays, prior authorizations)
- Strong communication, empathy, and customer service approach
- Knowledge of EMR systems/testing portals preferred
- Organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
