Schedule

  • Part-time (W2), remote (United States)
  • 15–28 hours per week (minimum 12 required)
  • Availability windows:
    • Mon–Thu, 3–9pm MT or 10–2pm MT (split-shift preferred)
    • Rotating Fri–Sat, 9–3pm MT
  • Consistent schedule must be maintained after hire

What You’ll Do

  • Engage clients 1:1 via secure platforms to align treatment goals and encourage attendance
  • Provide skill-based interventions during stress and escalate to crisis clinicians when needed
  • Conduct risk screenings and participate in safety planning
  • Serve as a resource throughout treatment to maintain engagement

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (earned or senior year) in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Peer Specialist) also considered
  • Direct or lived experience with mental health or substance use disorders (including family experience)
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting adolescents/young adults in inpatient, outpatient, or peer support roles preferred
  • For Virginia applicants: PRS or FSP certification and registration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; understanding of confidentiality and client rights
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and EMR systems
  • Reliable WiFi and ability to work remotely in a confidential setting
