Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Start date: December 2, 2025
- 1st and 2nd shifts available (must work one weekend day)
- Flexible scheduling with occasional overtime
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
- Provide compassionate customer support during high-stress situations.
- Monitor medical alerts, record details in real time, and update customer information.
- Troubleshoot alarm systems and escalate issues for timely maintenance.
- Navigate multiple systems while talking and typing simultaneously.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
- Typing speed of 35 WPM; ability to manage multiple screens
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 0–1 year of customer service experience (healthcare or contact center preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
