- Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM ET
- Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM ET
- Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM ET
What You’ll Do
- Meet with a high volume of members via introductory video appointments; prioritize and manage a dynamic daily schedule.
- Answer product questions quickly and provide tailored recommendations; “walk through walls” to deliver exceptional service.
- Navigate member networks, coordinate care access, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Close the loop on open items; execute tasks that ensure an optimal member experience.
- Educate members on program resources; identify referral needs and collaborate with Maven providers.
- Anticipate and address social determinants of health needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Care Delivery, Customer Support, Provider, and Product teams.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare.
- 1–2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience.
- Empathetic written and verbal communication; passion for positive member outcomes.
- Proven ability to hit engagement, satisfaction, and productivity KPIs.
- Comfort in fast-moving, remote/startup environments; strong problem-solving.
- Tech fluency with new systems/tools on a remote team.
Bonus Points
- Experience in family building and maternal-child health (pregnancy, postpartum, options counseling, menopause, adoption, surrogacy).
- Hands-on with Google Workspace, CRMs, EHRs, and Zendesk.
- Healthcare certification/licensure.
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year
- Equity and full benefits eligible
