- Flexible scheduling within a fast-paced team environment
What You’ll Do
- Review and transfer patient data accurately between Salesforce and EHR systems
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient charts and records
- Perform data entry and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling and document preparation
- Adhere to compliance standards such as HIPAA to protect patient privacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
What You Need
- 1+ years of relevant administrative or healthcare-related work experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Familiarity with GSheets, Salesforce, or EMRs is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
