Charlie Health is hiring a Care Admin Lead to oversee a team managing critical data operations that support the delivery of life-saving behavioral health treatment. In this role, you’ll lead data reconciliation, manual data entry, and data migration efforts while driving process improvements and ensuring accuracy across systems. Your leadership will directly impact how smoothly Charlie Health delivers care to clients and families nationwide.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of Care Delivery Specialists, driving productivity and fostering collaboration.
- Data Reconciliation: Oversee processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Manual Data Entry: Ensure efficient and accurate data entry with strong quality control standards.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute migration projects across systems, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Quality Assurance: Establish audits and maintain documentation for all data operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with admissions, care experience, compliance, and other teams to support organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in data operations or data management
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce, EMRs, and GSheets a plus
Location: Remote (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or DC).
