- Standard business hours with member call support responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Receive and analyze fraud and non-fraud card disputes to determine proper resolutions
- Process Regulation E claims in compliance with federal requirements and credit union policy
- Conduct daily callbacks for suspicious debit card activity
- Answer incoming calls to resolve debit card fraud claims and troubleshoot card issues
- Order debit cards, perform card maintenance, and process reports
- Collaborate with other departments, financial institutions, and law enforcement when needed
- Document findings and case status clearly and accurately in system reports
What You Need
- 1+ years of experience in a financial institution (required)
- Prior experience handling fraud or disputes preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to explain findings clearly
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and urgency in case resolution
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
