What You’ll Do
- Receive and analyze fraud and non-fraud card disputes to determine resolutions
- Process Reg E claims and complete callbacks for suspicious activity
- Troubleshoot debit card issues, order cards, and perform card maintenance
- Investigate and resolve debit card fraud claims with members over the phone
- Review daily fraud reports to ensure case tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and law enforcement as needed
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in financial institutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple financial systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with clear documentation ability
