The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that result in measurable pipeline growth.  They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics and opportunities, prioritize target segments, develop tactical plans, and execute and optimize campaign performance across online and offline channels.  This is a remote position. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets. 
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to understand opportunities for deeper engagement and penetration within our existing client base and align marketing strategies and tactics that drive measurable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative team members to develop compelling assets and high-value offers. 
  • Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI. 
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations. 
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed. 
  • Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in managing and executing revenue-generating integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. 
  • Understanding of demand generation methods and trends across paid and organic channels, database marketing, segmentation, ABM, email execution, lead handling processes. 
  • The ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively with a passion for data-driven decision making. 
  • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal; communicates plans and results clearly. 
  • Competence in tools of the trade (CRM, MAP, data analytics); Pardot experience a plus. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or Business; or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum 8 years marketing experience in a B2B SaaS business a plus

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Attributable pipeline generation 
  • CPA (Cost per Acquisition) 
  • ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment)  
  • Channel performance metrics (e.g. CPC, Conversion Rate)

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Base compensation for this position starts at $95,000 plus an annual bonus.
