Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard weekday hours with performance-driven goals
- Reports to Director of Lead Generation
Responsibilities
- Manage your own pipeline of origination leads to schedule calls between property owners and Account Managers
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-setting and closing targets
- Monitor your origination waterfall activity to ensure pipeline stability
- Provide input on origination processes including CRM design, data mining, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute ideas to strategic initiatives and product design to help maintain competitive market position
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center sales environment
- Strong natural ability to build rapport with property owners
- Familiarity with finance concepts (IRR, NPV)
- Knowledge of real estate closing process a plus
- Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables preferred
- Some college or equivalent work experience required
