Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (eligible states: AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, MI, LA, MS, MO, NV, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA)
- Flexible day, night, and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities
- Set appointments for automotive dealerships nationwide via inbound and outbound calls
- Represent dealerships professionally and positively in every interaction
- Provide accurate, high-quality service while consistently meeting performance standards
- Navigate multiple computer programs and platforms while speaking with customers
- Maintain strong verbal and written communication throughout all calls
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and platforms
- Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- $12–$14/hr. plus performance-based bonuses
- $500 retention bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance
