What You’ll Do

  • Set appointments for automotive dealerships across the U.S.
  • Deliver high-quality calls and represent dealerships professionally
  • Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication on every call

What You Need

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills with ability to manage multiple platforms/screens
  • Quiet home workspace, free from background noise
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
