What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance of a team of agents
- Set priorities and ensure goals for quality, service levels, and adherence are met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and handle escalated calls
- Monitor team chat and support workforce scheduling needs
- Evaluate and improve call quality through regular monitoring
What You Need
- 1+ year of recent experience as a call center supervisor (healthcare preferred)
- Proven experience coaching teams to meet call center metrics
- Strong technical skills (Windows, systems aptitude, keyboarding)
- Experience with phone, email, and chat support channels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
