Robert Half is currently seeking a WORK FROM HOME Call Center Sales Specialist for one of our clients in Connecticut. Your primary responsibility in this position is to assist customers with their insurance needs by sharing your property and casualty insurance knowledge in order to sell personal lines insurance coverage.
The ideal candidate has a Property & Casualty (P& C) License in their home state, AND prior experience working in personal lines insurance sales.
This position is 100% work-from-home, and you will be supplied all IT equipment. Your work week and hours would be Monday through Friday, 11am to 8pm EST. There are 3 open positions in this capacity – APPLY NOW !
Your duties:
- Answer very heavy phone lines, on a call center queue
- Answer any caller questions and share your property and casualty insurance knowledge
- Convert leads to sales through rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote
- Provide insurance recommendations and quotes
- Issue new and renewal policies
- Present cross-sell opportunities to your clients
- Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
- Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
- Work both independently and as a team
- Be mentored by entire sales team
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License in your home state, required
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales, required
- Prior experience in a high-volume call center, required
