 What You’ll Do 

  • You will have the ability to go above and beyond for your customers as a member of our legendary Customer Service Team, voted America’s Best Customer Service by Newsweek. 
  • Assist customers in a professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner.  
  • Provide efficient service by swiftly navigating between multiple websites and programs 
  • Demonstrate your ability to work independently and remain organized.
  • Proficiently troubleshoot computer issues. 

Paid Training Schedule

  • Classroom Training: July 18 through August 18, Tuesday- Friday each week, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm central time.
  • On-the-job training continues through Sept. 15, and shifts will vary between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Full attendance and participation required through the duration of training.

Schedule after Training

Select a minimum of 3 days/week, one being Friday.  Start times vary between 8-10:00 am CT, and end times between 5-7:00 pm CT. Must be available to work until 7:00pm, occurring on average once per week.
