Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position
- Paid training begins Monday, December 1, 2025
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST (2 weeks + 1 week nesting)
- Post-training hours: 7am–7pm EST
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
- Cameras required to remain on during training sessions
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries and account concerns
- Document information accurately in client systems
- Provide detailed explanations of account status and options
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support customers with delinquent accounts according to guidelines
- Discuss additional products and services when applicable
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of call center experience preferred
- Strong professionalism, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attendance and reliability
