Schedule

  • Remote / work-from-home position
  • Paid training begins Monday, December 1, 2025
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST (2 weeks + 1 week nesting)
  • Post-training hours: 7am–7pm EST
  • Company-issued equipment provided
  • Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
  • Cameras required to remain on during training sessions

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with inquiries and account concerns
  • Document information accurately in client systems
  • Provide detailed explanations of account status and options
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support customers with delinquent accounts according to guidelines
  • Discuss additional products and services when applicable

What You Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of call center experience preferred
  • Strong professionalism, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
