Schedule
- Remote (must reside in Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas)
- Minimum of 20 hours per week with a consistent schedule
- Shifts available: day, evening, and morning
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and qualify leads according to client guidelines
- Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure compliance
- Professionally greet and engage prospects while maintaining clear communication
- Log qualified leads accurately in company systems
- Adapt quickly to changes in campaigns, scripts, and policies
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
What You Need
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional grammar
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and scripts
- Computer proficiency and solid keyboarding skills
- Reliable computer (no Chromebooks/tablets), phone, headset with mic, and high-speed internet
- Ability to multi-task across multiple screens and forms
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
