Schedule
- Remote position
- Shift: Tuesday–Wednesday, 1:30 pm–10:00 pm PST; Friday–Sunday, 10:00 pm–5:00 am PST (35.5 hours weekly)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–4:00 pm PST
What You’ll Do
- Act as liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
- Triage inbound calls for multiple TeamHealth facilities nationwide
- Manage and maintain daily provider schedules and communicate updates
- Relay schedule changes, process updates, and provider contact information to staff and management
- Accurately document and enter all inbound and outbound calls in company databases
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Approximately 1 year of office experience in a medical setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong decision-making and judgment abilities
- Ability to manage stress, resolve conflict, and adapt in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
