Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours
Flexible scheduling with weekend availability required
What You’ll Do
- Make and take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Engage prospective customers and set appointments for the sales team
- Explain products and services clearly to educate prospects and move them toward booking
- Follow the appointment-setting sales process and confirm accurate customer details
- Log all activity and customer info accurately in the CRM
- Deliver strong customer service to create a positive first impression of the brand
- Hit performance goals tied to converting calls into appointments
What You Need
- Must have prior home improvement call center experience (required to be considered)
- 1+ year of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone presence, communication skills, and comfort leading conversations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Task-focused, goal-driven approach with energy and a positive attitude
- Experience with Lead Perfection CRM (plus)
- Experience in a multi-product sales environment (preferred)
- Home improvement inside sales background (strongly desired)
