Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Hours of operation: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm EST, Monday–Saturday
- Training: 7 weeks classroom + 2 weeks nesting, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST (100% attendance required)
- Must be flexible with scheduling within operating hours
What You’ll Do
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding Medicare and healthcare benefits, enrollment, eligibility, billing, and claims
- Provide clear explanations of Medicare Part C and Part D programs, answering member questions and resolving issues
- Actively listen, identify needs, and deliver one-call resolutions whenever possible
- Navigate multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory standards
- Provide empathetic, professional support in every interaction while meeting call and quality expectations
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills (call center experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to successfully complete assessments and background check
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Internet connection: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (must be hardwired to modem; satellite/wireless not accepted)
- Commitment to completing all required training with perfect attendance
