Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Flexible scheduling required
- Must have access to a home office setup with audio/video capable desktop or laptop (training requires personal equipment; company equipment is shipped after training)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from customers requesting insurance quotes
- Ask qualifying questions and connect callers with insurance companies
- Manage a high call volume while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Work in a scripted environment with focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
What You Need
- High school diploma (required)
- 2–3 years of call center experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Outbound telemarketing or commission-based sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and detail orientation
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Technical proficiency to work from home effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- $17/hour base pay
- Uncapped monthly commission (average $500–$3,000+) after 30 days
- $500 sign-on bonus (paid at 30 days)
- $100 monthly attendance bonus (after 60 days)
