Job Description: Call Center Representative

Location: Office-based in Phoenix, AZ 85020for training (1-2 weeks), then fully remote
Equipment Provided: Yes

Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative. Initially focused on call center duties, this role will evolve to include various administrative tasks. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring patients receive the home health services they need by assisting with phone calls, data entry, and processing referrals from agencies, hospitals, and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle approximately 50 calls per day, split among a small team
Assist with data entry and manage referrals from various healthcare providers
Facilitate the process of getting patients the home health services they require

Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to complete tasks

Training & Remote Work:

Start with a comprehensive 1-2 week training period in our office

Transition to a fully remote position once comfortable with the role
All necessary equipment will be provided by Tango

Reporting:

Report directly to the Senior Manager

Requirements:

Experience handling high call volumes in a call center environment

Proficiency in data entry and basic computer navigation
Ability to work efficiently both in-office and remotely
Strong communication and organizational skills
