Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
– Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour and $15.00 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be
• Handling inbound calls related to the state of Vermont’s Medicaid program.
• Assisting customers with Medicaid enrollments, terminations, and ID card inquiries.
• Providing support for enrollments and terminations of Market Place Plans (QHP).
• Assisting with reporting and coding for Medicare.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Are fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred for bilingual candidates).
