Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–7:00pm EST (you’ll be assigned an 8-hour shift within this window)
- Note: Not hiring in select states/metros due to wage regulations (see posting for full list)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and first-call resolution
- Use multiple systems/tools to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries
- Provide professional written communication, including follow-up and resolution emails
- Process member requests while meeting compliance, quality, and service standards
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with business expectations
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems/tools at the same time
- High attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25, upload ≥ 5, ping ≤ 175)
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to modem/router
