Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Must reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV
- Training starts August 11, 2025 (paid, attendance required)
- Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT (approx. 3 months total)
- Regular Schedule: 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT (with some Saturdays required)
What You’ll Do
- Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound client calls, emails, and chats
- Guide clients through account openings, distributions, and investment processes
- Assist with web and online troubleshooting for account access
- Educate clients on IRAs, IRS codes, and account activity
- Ensure accurate completion of required forms and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries
What You Need
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal, written, and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
- Ability to multitask across several systems while maintaining accuracy
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or trust accounting systems a plus
- IRA/IRS rules familiarity and bilingual skills preferred
