What You’ll Do
- Design on-brand, platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and beyond
- Build visually stunning graphics, motion content, animations, and infographics
- Translate strategic brand objectives into high-performing creative content
- Tailor visuals to fit current trends and social formats—Reels, Stories, carousels, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to launch cohesive campaigns
- Use analytics to evaluate content effectiveness and adjust creative strategy accordingly
What You Need
- 6+ years in visual design, with a strong focus on social/digital
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Video editing skills using Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut
- Proven ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and motion for social formats
- Portfolio showcasing creative content across social platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience or background in health, wellness, or tech
- Motion graphics or light video production experience
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or telehealth marketing
- Photography or content capture experience a plus
