Schedule
- Remote role (US-based applicants only)

What You’ll Do
- Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking
- Reconcile accounts and oversee bank reconciliation processes
- Prepare balance sheets, payroll documents, and financial statements
- Gather and maintain data for monthly financial reporting
- Ensure confidentiality of company books and records
- Perform general administration and ad hoc financial tasks
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bookkeeper (international clients preferred)
- Familiarity with US taxation strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Asana, Excel, and MS Office
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and financial terminology
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud tools and VoIP systems
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Required equipment: noise-canceling headset, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz+, 4GB RAM), internet speeds of 25 Mbps (primary) and 10 Mbps (backup)
