Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote within the US

Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and general accounting services for startup clients
- Complete and review month-end reconciliations (bank, AP, AR, accruals, journal entries, cash receipts/disbursements)
- Prepare and review client financial statements and G/L details for year-end returns
- Manage accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to internal and client requests promptly and accurately
- Maintain positive client relationships and contribute as a trusted partner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or 2–3 years progressive bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Experience preparing financial statements and using accounting software (QBO, NetSuite, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills; client service experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy: daily use of G-Suite, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, and Zoom
Compensation
- $65,000 – $75,000 base pay per year (depending on experience, location, and skills)
