Schedule

- Must align with EST hours (8 AM – 6 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update weekly financial scorecards and spreadsheets
- Track sales data, commissions, and investor logs with accuracy
- Reconcile financial data and conduct regular audits
- Communicate with clients who have been declined to provide solutions
- Collaborate with the financing department to support client needs
- Uphold confidentiality of financial records and client data
What You Need
- Proven bookkeeping, accounting, or financial experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Comfortable engaging with clients in sensitive situations
- Experience in client relations, sales tracking, or customer support preferred
