What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update financial scorecards and spreadsheets weekly
- Track sales data and commissions with precision using enrollment trackers
- Record and manage investor logs with accurate, up-to-date reporting
- Reconcile records to align financial data with current transactions
- Reach out to declined clients with guidance and alternative solutions
- Collaborate with the financing department to develop customized options
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and client information
What You Need
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid mathematical and analytical abilities
- Professional and empathetic client communication skills
- Experience with client relations or sales tracking systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment
