Schedule
- Full-time, remote/hybrid role
- Contribute to email-based client support within a collaborative team
- Expected to ramp into a key contributor role within 6 months
What You’ll Do
- Respond to RCM and billing-related software questions via email
- Triage support tickets, escalate as needed, and provide full context for resolution
- Assist with engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization
- Build deep product knowledge to effectively support clients
- Advocate for customer experience and suggest product/service improvements
- Help clients adopt best practices and maximize the value of Prompt’s solutions
What You Need
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (tech support or similar)
- Medical billing background required (physical therapy billing preferred)
- Experience in RCM functions such as claims submission, review, or follow-up
- Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver
- Nice to have: Startup or SaaS support experience, Zendesk, advanced Excel
