What You’ll Do
- Supervise billing associates, monitoring time, attendance, productivity, and QA reviews
- Manage daily departmental workflows and report on KPIs to meet client benchmarks
- Oversee paper and electronic biller functions to ensure compliant, accurate claims submissions
- Lead huddles, training sessions, and performance evaluations to support staff development
- Collaborate with Patient Access, Coding, Follow-Up, Denials, and other revenue cycle teams
- Drive process improvements to accelerate cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize billing operations
What You Need
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management and billing processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide and mentor team members
